No. Although we use many companies to help support our business (e.g. we use Zendesk to help us curate and administer our FAQs), these are not services that directly impact you as a customer. By this we mean, that Marygold could easily switch these providers should we need or want to, and it should have no impact on the services we supply to you.
With Griffin and Moneyhub, were we to want to switch providers this would impact our customers more directly and we will ensure should this ever be the case that we communicate clearly what any intended change is and why we are doing it.
