For notifications:
- Please check the notification settings in your Marygold app and check that notifications are turned on (Profile Settings > Notifications).
- If your notifications are turned on in the Marygold app, please next check the phone notification settings in case the notifications for the Marygold app are turned off.
- For Android:
- Go to 'Phone Settings'
- Select 'Notifications'
- Scroll to the Marygold App and select
- Then turn on 'Allow Notifications'
- For Apple:
- Open the Settings app
- Scroll to the Marygold app and select
- Select 'Notifications'
- Toggle 'Allow Notifications' to on.
- For Android:
For emails:
- Please check the notification settings in your Marygold app and check that notifications are turned on (Profile Settings > Notifications).
- If your notifications are turned on in the Marygold app, please check your email spam folder in case your email provider has filtered the Marygold emails
