The most likely reason is that you have instructed a withdrawal from a Money Pool with an active Time-lock (set up by you, not Marygold) applied to it. If this is the case then the transfer will occur 7-days after you instructed the movement (although you can cancel it if you like). You cannot shorten the time period we are afraid. Once a Time-lock is added to the money pool or piggy bank it takes 7-days to remove it.
If you have not applied a Time-lock to the Money Pool, and you have instructed a withdrawal but have yet to see the money leave your Marygold Money Pool don't panic, the most likely cause is a temporary delay by Griffin in releasing the funds. This may come about through temporary constraints related to high volumes of money movements or possibly a concern that Griffin has about the transfer itself (if the latter you will be contacted by Marygold about the concern). Griffin has regulatory obligations relating to transaction monitoring and/or looking after customers (i.e. you), and on occasion these responsibilities can result in short delays.
If you have any specific concerns please don't hesitate to contact us, but don't worry, your money is safe.
