Hopefully, this should be a very rare occurrence. If this does happen to you please:
- Firstly contact your bank to understand why they are not releasing the funds to your Marygold Easy Access Saving Account.
- If you have no luck with your bank, or if your bank says things are fine, please contact us and we'll investigate with Moneyhub (our Open Banking provider) what is going on.
Don't panic, your money will only be either in your Current Account or with us.
