First of all don't panic. This is unusual but not impossible. When you authorise a me2me transfer in your bank app to your Marygold account, you have actually authorised the 'consent' for Moneyhub to instruct the movement on your behalf directly with your bank.
Typically your bank will process this in under five seconds but very occasionally this can be delayed (for example your bank may be experiencing very high volumes of payments and may decide to 'batch' process some payments).
Your money is safe, it will either remain at your bank, or it will be transferred to your account a Griffin. It cannot be anywhere else.
If you see persistent delays on transfers to Marygold then please let us know. We will work with your bank to understand why there appears to be persistent delays with your bank.
