Yes but only from your nominated as your Primary Account (you may need to use this method if your bank has restrictions on large transfers).. However, it should be much simpler to make deposits using the Marygold app. We don't allow deposits from external accounts other than your Primary Account for three important reasons.
- Reduce 'fat finger' errors. Manually having to key-in lots of numbers is prone to error. When me2me transfers are instructed, from within the Marygold app, all the required information to instruct the payment are automatically transferred so this error simply cannot occur.
- Speed and convenience. By instructing me2me transfers (using Moneyhub, our Open Banking partner) the instruction to transfer your funds can be done in seconds with a few taps of your phone.
- Security. We want our customers to have total confidence when using Marygold and me2me transfers. When using me2me our customers can be 100% confident that their money is only ever transferred between accounts held in their name only. No money is ever transferred through third-party accounts, including Marygold.
