Why is Moneyhub used for some but not all payments? Transfers from non-Marygold accounts use Moneyhub, but not from Marygold accounts, why?

Moneyhub is used for any payment that you wish to make from any of your external bank accounts, as these payments are completed using Open Banking.

If you instruct move money from any Money Pool or Piggy Bank (all of which use underlying Marygold Easy Access Saving Accounts provided by Griffin Bank Ltd), then these instructions can be processed directly.
