Sadly, we can't control the user experience our customers are exposed to with your current account provider. Different providers have different user journeys.
It is quite common for some current account providers to ask customers to input a password when creating new payees (as a safety measure), so the very first time you make a payment to your new Marygold Easy Access Account you may be asked for this. However, this should not happen on a repeat basis.
In addition to informing us, you may also want to contact your current account provider to ask that they stop doing this.
